The equipment can be used not only for the treatment of oily sewage from ship bottom, but also for the treatment of oily sewage from ports, power plants, metallurgy and oil depots, and for the treatment of oily sewage with high concentration of emulsified oil.The performance conforms to the discharge standard of oily sewage from ships stipulated by IMO and the discharge standard of oily sewage from ships, industrial and mining enterprises stipulated by our government. The treated water quality standard meets the IMO MEPC 107 (49) specification.
Main Equipment Characteristics The device consists of a primary oil-water separator, a secondary emulsified oil separator, a screw pump (plunger pump), an electrical control box, an oil concentration alarm recorder, a coarse/fine filter, a three-way conversion valve (solenoid conversion valve), etc. It is mounted on a common base, and a primary oil-water separator and an electrical control box can also be installed according to the position of the engine room if necessary. The secondary emulsified oil separator and the oil concentration alarm recorder are installed independently. The matching pump does not directly inhale oily sewage, so it avoids the emulsification of the original oily sewage and ensures that the separation device has a higher separation effect. Vacuum gravity separation and emulsified oil fine separation are combined in the separation device.Under the action of vacuum, oil droplets in water rapidly coalesce up to the top oil gathering chamber through the contact passage of coalescing elements in a specific direction and speed. The coalescing and separating elements can be backwashed automatically without clogging and need not be replaced for long-term use. It has good automatic control of oil discharge and safety protection measures of matching pumps. According to the nature of oil and sewage, it can automatically control the discharge of primary treatment or transfer to secondary treatment, and automatically shut down the discharge outlet when the treatment is unqualified and return the treated water to the engine room.Simple operation, high reliability, in line with the requirements of unmanned cabin. Certified Equipment for Ship Operation: The treatment of ordinary (non-emulsified) oily wastewater by one stage alone can reach less than 10 ppm. Oil wastewater containing emulsified oil can be treated together with primary and secondary treatment to a level of less than 5 ppm.
